They say there are no good houses available in Manchester, but I don't believe it.
After some persuasion and persistence, I found out that there are indeed available houses!!!
💨Element Apartments are only a 5-minute commute from the University of Manchester South Campus, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. Prices start from £326 per week.💰
💨Victoria Point is located in the south, close to the Medical School, and it's just a 20-minute walk to the library. There are only a few rooms left and options on the 6th floor. Ensuite rooms start from £156 per week, and studios start from £245 per week.💸
💨121 Princess Street and MSV are both very close to the South Campus, taking only about a 10-minute walk. Princess Street has a building without a reception, and they have 1-bedroom units starting from £319 per week. MSV is a renovated apartment, with ensuite rooms starting from £194 per week, and studios starting from £273 per week.🏘️
💨Masion is located in the south area, with relatively lower prices. It takes only 11 minutes by bus to commute to the South Campus. Ensuite rooms start from £159 per week, and studios start from £200 per week.💷
💨Vita Apartments also have a luxurious 26-square-meter studio available for rent!
⚠️Additionally, there are other social housing options, such as a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Burlington Square.
