Wow, didn't expect so many people asking this. I don't really think there's anything good about it. Gonna reply to everyone's questions at once. Near the University of Adelaide, it's convenient to go to the zoo or botanical gardens, but there's no parking available 🅿️, and the bills are free. Also, someone asked me where I bought my furniture, I'm speechless. The furniture isn't even nice, it's all the landlord's [crying-laughing face].
