Ah, it's really cozy! The room has a TV, sofa, and a leisure area, it's pure bliss living here! The one I'm staying in is only 26 square meters, but it's less than 300, and there are also huge apartments of 35 square meters available! It feels like living in a 1-bedroom apartment for the price of a studio. 😏 My criteria: spacious, modern, good lighting, soundproof, clean and tidy environment, and lots of Chinese goodies around. The facilities are top-notch, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ready to move in and unpack beautifully. 👍 It's about a 15-minute walk to both the school and the city center! There's a Coop convenience store downstairs and various restaurants nearby, making life convenient! Totally worth it! No complaints at all, seriously. 👍
