Well, let's see. Brand new 🏡, opening in July. Because I stayed in a new 🏡 last year for the sake of thriftiness, I prepared some green plants in the room after moving in. Tested for formaldehyde, and all within the standard range. S2 just happened to see this one. I'll stay here for a year, but I reckon I won't be able to afford it next year 😓😓😓. It's really inside Ink University. I bet even when you move in, you can still connect to the school's WiFi, just 100 meters away!!! There's also one with a balcony, but I didn't choose it. It's $40 more expensive than this one, and it has an extra sofa area. Living alone doesn't require such extravagance, haha.
