Pretty lucky, actually. Scheduled a house viewing before arriving, and after landing, checked it out and moved in on the same day. Quite satisfied with the place; it's got a private bathroom, a kitchen for cooking, and utilities included. Living alone is more than comfortable, like, [Wow!].
