The Melbourne Scape apartment, how is it? Still debating on 24s2. 🤔

From what I know, their family has opened a new building this year, and they are already accepting reservations for s2! Heard it includes three meals a day, seven days a week, and all utilities covered, which is a godsend for someone like me who's a disaster in the kitchen. I'm from Monash, and my friend is from RMIT. No matter which school you go to, it seems very convenient from the map. My friend heard from other classmates that their place is pretty good, but on Xiaohongshu, some say there are many issues with Scape. So, I want to collect some real suggestions from buddies who have stayed there. Please, help!
