Super new! This building just opened last year, so everything! is new! So it feels very clean and refreshing. Great location, in the free zone. Next to Woolies! Buying groceries is super convenient! Fifteen minutes' walk to QV, two tram stops away. The nearest Aldi is a ten-minute walk away, my happy hometown. The smoke alarm isn't very sensitive, normal cooking doesn't trigger it, and it has never gone off for me.
