Anyway, no matter what, there's a balcony, good ventilation and lighting guaranteed!! Furniture 🪑 and all that jazz are available too!! Commute is pretty convenient too, right at the doorstep is the 🚉, and it's just a ten-minute walk to Adelai🏫.
