Renting in Melbourne feels particularly challenging this year 😧

Just came across this today... If it's really like this, then it's way too difficult. I haven't encountered many social housing listings this year, but it's indeed a bit strange. In previous years, by this time, there would be at least a dozen or twenty listings available. But since November, after releasing a few listings, there has been no news... Finding the one you like really depends on luck. 😩
