I wanna give a shoutout to Regina, the agent! Initially thought there'd be loads of gossip about them on XiaoHongShu. Before reaching out, I even did a quick search, and yeah, got a tad worried. But Regina, the agent, is pretty solid. Answers questions promptly and all. The screenshots are just a snippet. The agent also emphasized that there are many Chinese residents in the apartment, which makes it feel safer, giving me peace of mind ❤️. Finally booked an ensuite through them. How should I put it... maybe it varies from person to person, but the agent I dealt with was quite good!
