In the fast-paced corners of Adelaide, I have my own little haven. Daily life here isn't just about books and classrooms anymore. It's just a breezy 5-minute walk to the University of South Australia from here, and if I feel like it, hopping on a bike to Adelaide University is just a 12-minute affair.
My little nest, though small, has everything I need. The kitchen under the white walls and bricks may not be grand, but it can still whip up some worldly delights. Hmm, life is about rolling up your sleeves and ensuring you're well-fed and clothed. In slumber, I snuggle up in bed by the window, awakened by the starlight or the dawn outside.
The gym in the apartment has become my stress-relief spot; on the terrace, it's where my friends and I laugh, joke, and vent; in the screening room, we countdown to the start of movies together. The surrounding restaurants, malls, and supermarkets have all become sticky notes in my life.
