The room is very spacious, with a sofa area. It's amazing to snuggle up on the sofa at night and enjoy the night view! Utilities are all included, and there's air conditioning too~ Nearby, there are several supermarkets, making shopping very convenient. Located in the City, it's a 5-minute walk to RMIT and 15 minutes to Melbourne University. The apartment has facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and cinema, all free to use! It's just really nice.
