Studying abroad in Melbourne too | Why can't I find a 1-bedroom apartment?

Just arrived in Melbourne and finding a satisfactory rental house is quite tough, ya know? Budget's around $400 per week. A friend took me to check out a 1-bedroom place. The price is pretty much in line with my expectations. ✅ What's particularly good is that utilities are included, breakfast is covered, and the furniture is all pretty new. It's within walking distance to QV and WWS shopping centers.
