🏢 The new building in 2023, GaGa new. The location is very good, very convenient for travel. Next to it is Weima, 😂 easy to go to QV for shopping and everything, quite convenient. The nearest Aldi is a ten-minute walk away, which is great for buying food when you're too lazy to cook. Plus, it's only a 20-minute walk to the University of Melbourne, which feels pretty good. RMIT is even closer, just a ten-minute walk away, so going to class is quite easy. There are also many daily activities in the apartment. There is even a movie theater study area on the first floor.
