Melbourne CBD, there's only this one 30-square-meter single room available for me 😰

Family members, who understands? Originally thought it was too late to find a place, didn't expect to actually snag a 30-square-meter studio 😭. Located in Melbourne CBD, next to Flagstaff Gardens, the environment is great, Mom doesn't have to worry about me not sleeping well anymore 😎. They say the room is still from last year's new building, so everything, like the facilities, is brand new. There are even two floors in the study area, it's like heaven for someone who loves studying (which is a lie, I actually hate it 😢). But currently, due to family matters, I might not be able to go. I'm really reluctant [crying R]. Hope to find someone destined to take over my beloved studio.
