Actually, our budget isn't high, so the options we can choose from are limited to just these few curved ones.
There aren't many young masters and misses on XiaoHongShu, I guess most are more focused on cost-effectiveness, no need to look for those very expensive and nice apartments, ⚠️ as long as they're close to the school, high cost-effectiveness is actually fine.
I don't think these requirements are high at all, theoretically, they're easy to find ❣
✅ Look, close to the school
- Monash University ———— 500 meters
- RMIT ———— 140 meters
✅ Then it's about the layout! You can get one for 400+.
- Studio [Choose this if the budget is a bit higher]
- 6b4b [Choose this for a lower budget, and there are two independent bathrooms, very nice]
- 2b1b [Sharing with friends is more comfortable]
- 4b2b [This one, well, just the right amount of people]
- Share [If the budget is not high, you can consider this]
✅ The surrounding life is still convenient
- There's a bus stop downstairs within 10 meters, a convenience store at the entrance, and it only takes 10 minutes to get to places like Victoria Market and QV. There are also supermarkets like Coles, ALDI, etc.
✅ The apartment facilities are not too bad either
- Equipped with a gym, private cinema, pool table, ping pong table, laundry room, study room, you need to swipe your card to enter the apartment and go upstairs, and there's always someone at the front desk 24 hours. They can also collect packages 📦.
🆘 For those with a lower budget, you can dig around, there are still some good finds 💕
