🏠 At the entrance of the Monash University, there's a communal area with a swimming pool [Shy R]. Fully furnished, including utilities covered. Pros: Fits well with my plan to go to Melbourne in January. The space is quite decent, with a queen-sized bed, and it's around $400 a month. Cons: No air conditioning.
