In Australia, it's quite common to find private accommodations with balconies, but it's rare to come across student apartments with balconies. Having a small balcony to grow some plants adds a nice touch to student life in Melbourne. This apartment is located on Elizabeth Street in Melbourne. It's just a few minutes' walk to both RMIT and Melbourne University. Across the street from the apartment is a Woolworths supermarket, and Victoria Market is only a 3-minute walk away. Whether you want to cook at home or dine out, it's very convenient. I'm particularly interested in the studio layout with a balcony. Although the area isn't very large, having an extra balcony for better lighting and ventilation is a plus. Plus, I can put some succulents on the balcony. The basic furniture is provided in the room, along with independent heating and cooling air conditioning. What surprised me is that the apartment even comes with a dishwasher, which is rare for student accommodations. Though small, it's sufficient for one person, and the refrigerator is also spacious!
