I dare say this is one of the most cost-effective student apartments in Newcastle! [Facepalm][Facepalm] It only costs 98 pounds per week to stay here! [Petrified] And it includes bills! [Frowning] Plus, there's a free gym inside the apartment. And it even has parking spots, something other apartments don't have! [Mind blown] Oh my goodness! [Crying] I've really found a hidden gem of an apartment!
