Actually, living a bit away from the school gate can save you quite a bit of rent 🐷. I feel like it's not that far, but it's much cheaper than the ones near the school gate ❣. There are also supermarkets around, so it's convenient to buy groceries and cook 💞. Eating out is convenient too!"
