It's only a 5-minute walk from my school, with all utilities included, and there's a convenient Coles nearby 🉑. The best part is laundry is free 💰, which is quite awesome 😁. My buddy and I hit the gym together every day, and with the laundry piling up each day, we're saving quite a bit of money 💰 each semester. At first, I was hesitant, Initially, I was planning to rent a studio room for over 400 from a real estate agent. But when we moved in, we realized it's so close to my school, almost no different from living on campus, really cool. In short, envy those living in 2b every single day! ✌️
