Are all the student apartments in Melbourne 🇦🇺 really rubbish?

Most people think student apartments are not good because they are small and expensive~ It varies from person to person~ I find them cozy, easy to tidy up 🧹😂 I'm not very familiar with Melbourne, so I value convenience and safety 🔐 without too much hassle~ How about you all~ What do you think? Do you all think student apartments 🏠 are all rubbish⁉️
