Been living in Melbourne for 24 years, and honestly, the room here feels incredibly messy. π€¦ββοΈ
Haha, but I really love this feeling!! While others might see it as messy, it feels cozy to me π
I chose the studio layout, with several windows. Usually, studios only have one window, but their place has quite a few.
Normally, when I'm not in the room, I'll head to the study room in the apartment. The study atmosphere there is great, and I can spend half a day there easily.
All bills included, with air conditioning and heating. Basically, I'll turn them on whenever it gets a bit hot, anyway, since it's not my money, so no worries π
Just a 5-minute walk to Weima Market, where I usually do my shopping. It's fresher and cheaper than supermarkets βΌοΈ
One stop away from MoDa University by public transport, or a 15-minute walk, but cycling would be faster.
