Just dropped! Stayed up late to snag this studio, it's so cozy and I absolutely love it!!
The location of this apartment is right at Melbourne Central Apartments located in the city center, 400m away from RMIT and 1100m from Melbourne University. Within a 10-minute walk (even faster by tram), you'll find various restaurants (both Chinese and Western), as well as plenty of Asian supermarkets and Australian supermarkets like Coles and Woolworths downstairs, making shopping extremely convenient! If you don't cook, living in the city center is highly recommended because there are many options for takeaway meals.
🚍 Public transportation is convenient (tram and train stations are downstairs), making it easy to get to school or go out for fun.
🛍️ Shopping is also very convenient, with Central Shopping Centre, QV, Emporium, David Jones, and MYER all nearby. Whether it's cosmetics or clothing, you can do one-stop shopping downstairs at home. If you need to buy daily necessities when you first arrive in Australia, Kmart is also nearby at 550m, so the location is really superior!
🏠 This studio apartment is very comfortable. The front desk staff are quite friendly and can speak Chinese, so communication is smooth. They also help with collecting mail and parcels, and you can borrow cleaning tools from them.
🏠 Apartment facilities: There's a public study room/library, study cubicles/discussion rooms, laundry room, activity room, screening room, music room, and even a pool table and PS5 game console! The high-rise gym is free to use and has a great view. The apartment hosts different activities every week and month, such as painting, clay-making, free cookies, milkshakes, hot chocolate, fruits, picnics, museum visits, and free movie tickets. In short, there are plenty of perks to enjoy!
