If there is a house available in Manchester, I hope it is something I can afford to rent.

Just like this one, in South Tower. Although it's a three-bedroom apartment, currently only one room is available. The other two rooms have been rented out. It's a 20-minute walk from Manchester University and there's a supermarket downstairs, as well as restaurants. It's very convenient for studying or daily life. It's a pity that there's only one room available!
