I'm looking for a good place to rent with a lease that allows me to move out in November. I'm already looking forward to the holidays.

I have seen two places, both are great. They are just 200 meters away from RMIT, and it's also within walking distance to the University of Melbourne. [Wow, that's convenient!] Of course, the most important thing is that they are available for short-term rentals! [So cute!] I have already started planning what to eat during the holidays~ As soon as the exams are over, I can check out and go back home. Hahaha
