1️⃣ Because this apartment is so close to the University of Melbourne, only 130 meters away, it takes just a 2-minute walk to reach the campus. It's really convenient, and there's no need to rush for early morning classes. 2️⃣ The studio unit is quite spacious. Originally priced at $538 per week, the apartment insisted on renting it to me for $499. They even offered me a bunch of early bird benefits. 3️⃣ The room has air conditioning, heating, a refrigerator, and other appliances. The space is also quite large. As a single person, I don't really need such a big space. 4️⃣ I'm starting school in Semester 1 of 2024, and I can already secure the apartment now. If I wait until later, the prices will increase, and not to mention, the good floor plans might not be available anymore, and the prices might be even higher.
