Looking for a place to stay in Melbourne within 300m of Monash University.

I was shocked by my friend's house! The windows are huge! No obstructions! Unbeatable view! The room is also super big! There is a bathtub in the separate bathroom! What shocked me the most was that there was even a sofa in the studio! Can you believe it? I stayed at my friend's house for a few days and finally decided to rent this house! 800m away from Monash University, in the City! The reason I chose this house was because the apartment service was super good and the people were of high quality! As a newly arrived foreigner, I pay special attention to safety issues! If you are looking for a house in Melbourne, I highly recommend coming to see the apartment I live in! 💪🏠
