Ade's July studio is a great studio because it can save you money.

The location is great, only a 5-minute walk from Uni! A double studio for a year-long lease is only 449pw! Student studios usually include bills, but 24h laundry and drying is rare! It costs 64aud for two washes and dries a week! The key is that living so close to Uni can save you on transportation costs! There are only two studios available before the end of July, and non-student visas are totally OK too!
