I previously thought it was a studio for around 300, but upon further inquiry, I discovered that it is a two-bedroom apartment. It's the type where two people share the kitchen and bathroom. Fortunately, it has a balcony, which is nice. It's within walking distance to Monash University and RMIT. If your budget is around 300 and you want to live near the school, I recommend considering this option. It currently offers great value for the price. ☄️
