Urgent‼️ Brisbane beauties, can you help me see if this apartment is suitable?

Hey sisters, I'm really torn about this house in Brisbane! 😭 It's just that the whole house is carpeted, and I'm worried about the difficulty of cleaning. Plus, it's a bit expensive, over 500 dollars. 🥹 Please help me decide! 😭 The room type is a one-bedroom with a balcony that I absolutely adore! The lighting and ventilation are great, and even though it's not on a high floor, the view is still pretty good. The fridge is also really big, which I love because I like to fill it up. And the bedroom has a large floor-to-ceiling window. 😍 But there's no dishwasher. 😫 The location is decent too, in South Brisbane. I checked and there's a Coles supermarket right across the street, and there are izakayas and Chinese restaurants downstairs. I haven't been there in person, but I googled it and it takes about 20 minutes by bus to get to the Queensland University of Technology, which is not too close but still manageable. The University of Queensland is a bit further, about a 30-minute bus ride. So, to sum it up, I'm really tempted, but also really conflicted. 😵‍💫
