Is there a possibility 🤔️, Brisbane stay 1b in July?

Between Studio and 1b, I've been struggling for a while, but ultimately, I still want to live in 1b. Bedroom is bedroom, living room is living room, kitchen is kitchen. 1b's room layout is still better, with floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom. Plus, there's a balcony, which makes it really cozy 😌. They've got all the furniture, and utilities like water, electricity, and internet are all included. The location is pretty good too, there's a bus stop nearby 🚌. Commuting to UQ and QUT is both within half an hour.
