Is it not easy to find a duplex to live in Melbourne?

I really don't like the type of layout where there are walls all around. It feels too oppressive. The more niche the layout, the more I like it. I immediately fell in love with this layout. The room size is decent, and it's enough for me to live alone~ Next, having the bedroom upstairs and the living room downstairs, it's much better than a studio.
