1. 📍Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters is located at 114 Berkeley St, Carlton and is a well-known and popular coffee shop. Their coffee is definitely the best in Melbourne! I personally bought their coffee beans and made lattes and pour-overs at home, and they were amazing! The aroma of the beans fills the packaging, and you can choose the flavor you like and try it at home. Besides, brewing coffee at home is also a ritual and can save you money! As for food, I don't have any specific recommendations, but the wafflebenny is quite famous and shouldn't be missed if you want to try it.
2. 📍Torissong is located at Shop2/143 Queensberry St, Carlton and is a well-known Japanese-style brunch restaurant. The presentation of the dishes is neat and pleasing to the eye. The prices are not cheap but reasonable. The set meals are decided based on the restaurant's daily ingredients, and each dish is carefully prepared. When I went there for the first time without doing any research, I couldn't get a seat, so it's best for those who want to go to make a reservation on their official website in advance!
3. 📍Humble Rays is located at 1 Bouverie St, Carlton and is one of my favorite brunch spots! The interior decoration has an Instagram-worthy vibe, and it's quite popular, so I recommend going at a good time. The dish that I can't get enough of here is the Liang Crabmeat scramble. The croissant paired with fresh and delicious crabmeat and special sauce is incredibly tasty! However, be aware that it's a bit spicy, so if you can't handle spice, please be cautious. As for desserts, my top recommendation is the Happy Monkey! Egg waffles, ice cream, bananas, and sweet chocolate sauce make for a generous portion that you can share with friends. It's a really great dessert!
