Don't want to live in a cramped 👩🎓 student apartment at Adele when studying abroad? It's a bit challenging here. Adele, being a not-so-big city, historically has a low availability of social housing. Mostly, it's student apartments. However, many students find them too small and uncomfortable. They plan to rent a 1b1b or share a 2b2b in the private housing. So, for those classmates seeking a spacious place, today I recommend the Yugo student apartment 1b1b🌲:
⃣️ The apartment is around 30 square meters, not much different from social housing. Definitely won't make you feel cramped.
⃣️ This building is brand new, and the facilities in the apartment are quite modern, providing a good overall experience.
⃣️ Right across the street is Adele, about a two-minute walk. Also, a two-minute walk to the City East campus of the University of South Australia.
⃣️ Student apartments include all bills, utilities are unlimited – social housing can't compare|
⃣️ Lastly, my most 💓 part: this building has many windows, a rare feature in student apartments. Some units even have three or four windows 🪟. Excellent natural lighting – who wouldn't love that [pity]
