Melbourne Study Abroad: How to Really Practice English Listening Skills!

I just can't understand what the professor is sometimes saying [crying R]. It's really making me cry. 📖 Reading is not a problem, writing is fine, and I can express myself decently. It's just that I can't comprehend what others are saying. Always missing out on some information. What should I do? How do I practice listening skills, especially when some Australians have a really strong accent? The pressure is truly overwhelming. 🍐
