It takes about 15 minutes to walk or 5 minutes by bus to reach Macquarie Shopping Centre, and a 30-minute train ride to Sydney CBD. Additionally, the apartment provides 24-hour support services and organizes a variety of resident activities to help you live, learn, and grow here. You are free to engage in any reasonable activities that do not violate community rules. *Additional Fees* A deposit of four weeks’ rent is required. Before moving in, you must also pay a non-refundable application fee of AU$36.25, an annual registration fee of AU$188.25, and a cleaning fee of AU$112.25.
