This stylishly designed student accommodation offers an ideal environment to inspire creativity and innovation. The apartments comprise 229 single studio suites and 42 shared apartments, providing flexible living and learning spaces that meet diverse student needs. Important Notes Cleaning Fee: According to Australian rental contract regulations, a cleaning fee will apply at the time of checkout, with the exact amount determined by the apartment management. The bond will be refunded by RTBA/RTA within 2-3 weeks after vacating. Subletting Fee: Under Australian rental contracts, students must find their own tenants if they wish to sublet the apartment, and the subletting process must be completed at the front desk. The subletting fee is to be borne by the subletter, with the exact amount to be confirmed at the front desk. Please carefully read the emails and contracts sent by the apartment. Check-in times and locations are as specified in the apartment documentation. If you need to check in outside of business hours, please ensure to contact the apartment in advance. Some apartments may require prior activation of water, electricity, and internet services, so please contact the relevant service providers as per the apartment's requirements in advance. Rental prices and apartment availability are subject to change at any time. The final rental amount is based on the final OFFER and contract sent by the apartment. For check-in during weekends, holidays, or other non-business hours, please contact the apartment in advance for confirmation. Actual rental start and end dates should refer to the OFFER provided by the apartment. Risk Warning: In recent years, there have been cases in the rental market where tenants' interests were harmed due to one-time annual rent payments. To protect customer rights, all partnered apartments do not require one-time payment of annual rent. Please choose carefully according to your personal circumstances, as any losses incurred due to personal reasons will be your responsibility.
