Important Information: Cleaning Fee: According to Australian lease agreements, students must pay a cleaning fee upon moving out, with the exact amount determined by the apartment. The bond will be refunded by the RTBA/RTA within 2-3 weeks after the tenant vacates. Subletting Fee: According to Australian lease agreements, when subletting a student apartment, the tenant must find a replacement tenant themselves and complete the subletting procedures at the front desk.
