Apartment Overview This apartment is located in the Parramatta campus of Western Sydney University, providing students with a modern accommodation experience. The rooms are well-equipped and maintained in a clean environment. It takes just a 10-minute drive to reach Parramatta train station, from where you can take a train to the Sydney CBD area in approximately an hour. Additionally, the apartment offers 24-hour support services and organizes a variety of resident activities to assist with your living, studying, and personal growth here. You are free to pursue your interests (as long as they are reasonable and do not violate community rules). Additional Fees - The deposit is equivalent to four weeks' rent; - An application fee of AU$110 is payable before check-in; - Community activity fee: $100 for the entire year, $50 per semester, and $25 for flexible leases; - There will be additional service charges for payments made by credit/debit card (Credit Mastercard: 2.0%; Debit Mastercard: 0.5%; Credit Visa: 2.0%; Debit Visa: 1.4%). Important Notes - Cleaning Fee: According to Australian rental regulations, students will be charged a cleaning fee upon checkout, with the specific amount subject to the apartment's policy; - Bond: The bond will be refunded by the RTBA/RTA 2-3 weeks after the tenant vacates; - Subleasing Fee: According to Australian rental regulations, if a tenant wishes to sublease the apartment, they must find a new tenant themselves and handle related procedures at the front desk. The subleasing fee will be the responsibility of the subletter, with the specific amount depending on the apartment’s regulations. Please carefully review the emails and contract sent by the apartment; the check-in time and location will be as stated in the documents provided by the apartment. If check-in needs to occur outside of business hours, please contact the apartment in advance. Some apartments may require advance arrangements for water, electricity, and internet services, so please reach out according to the apartment's guidelines. Apartment prices and availability are subject to change at any time, and the final rent will be based on the last quote and contract provided by the apartment. If you need to check in during weekends, holidays, or other non-business hours, please confirm in advance.
