With a prime location, the apartments are conveniently accessible, with cafes, a shopping center, and a large parking facility just a few minutes away on foot. Important Notes:
- Cleaning Fee: As per Australian rental agreements, a cleaning fee will be charged at the time of checkout, with the specific amount subject to the apartment's regulations. The rental bond will be refunded by the RTBA/RTA within 2-3 weeks after moving out.
- Subletting Fee: If you need to sublet your apartment, you must find a new tenant on your own and complete the subletting procedures at the front desk. The subletting fee will be the responsibility of the sub-tenant, and the specific amount can be confirmed with the apartment's front desk.

If you need to check in outside of business hours, please be sure to contact the apartment in advance.
