    去年住户反映的噪音和热水问题今年都解决了。说实话，自带洗衣机这个点真是太方便了，随时想洗衣服就可以，但得注意一些衣服能不能烘干。烘干的温度有点高，有些衣服可能会受不了而变形。 报修的反应也挺快的，坏了的东西可以直接用手机报修，基本上一两天就能修好。电器坏了也能换，连冰箱都能更换。 前台的服务和态度都很好，偶尔还有零食提供，挺不错的。
