    总体来说性价比还不错，位置非常好，离大学走路就能到，大概五到十分钟，通勤时间省了不少。附近的设施也很方便，有超市、餐馆和便利店，日常生活很方便。房子装修得也挺新，干净整洁，住起来很舒适。里面的家具都齐全，包括床、衣柜、书桌和椅子等，直接拎包就能入住，省去自己购买家具的麻烦。工作人员也很友好，沟通得很顺畅，遇到问题也能及时解决，不过因为楼层比较低，靠近马路，隔音有点不太好。
