    优点： 1. 管家人真不错，很友好。 2. 外观挺好，还有个大院子，能在香港找到这样的真不多。 3. 干湿分离的设计很实用。 4. 交通比较方便。 缺点： 1. 网速有点慢。 2. 离地铁近，所以有点噪音。 3. 性价比一般。 总结来说，这地方很适合一年制硕士。空间大，私密性好，能缓解刚到香港时的适应问题。不过如果是长期居住的，比如工作或读博的同学，可能要再考虑一下。
