Overall it’s pretty good, but the common areas need a bit of attention. The room I live in shares a kitchen, and the previous tenant didn’t keep it clean, which made the floor and refrigerator uncomfortable to look at. The personal living space can be kept clean, and there’s cleaning before move-in.
