Overall it’s pretty good. The staff are all very helpful and willing to help us handle all kinds of problems. However, after the laundry room upgrade in September, maybe because the handover and equipment weren’t fully in place yet, doing laundry is a bit troublesome now. I hope they can fix it soon.
