The Count

The Count, located in Central Harlem, is a brand new eight-story boutique rental apartment building completed in 2023, offering 27 upscale residences. The project is developed by Haussmann Development, with interior design led by Lizzy Okpo. It features in-unit washers and dryers, floor-to-ceiling windows, wide hardwood floors, central air conditioning, and private terraces in select units. The apartment's amenities include a virtual doorman, a fitness center, a rooftop terrace, a sunlit backyard, and a shared office/lounge area on the top floor.
