The Riverie

Riverie is an all-electric, geothermal-heated residential community located along the Gowanus River in Brooklyn, featuring two high-rise towers and a podium building. The project offers a variety of floor plans, including studio apartments, one to three-bedroom units, and a small number of townhouses. Each unit is equipped with a washer/dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and large windows to ensure ample natural light. The community boasts a wide range of amenities, including a high-end gym (complete with a yoga studio and sauna), indoor co-working spaces, a children's playroom, a music room, a podcast recording room, a demonstration kitchen, a secret bar, a social lounge, a swimming pool, a rooftop terrace, a barbecue area, and a pet bathing station. Additionally, the project features an 18,000 square meter public waterfront park (living shoreline) and approximately 13,000 square meters of retail commercial space open to the waterfront.
