The modern kitchen is equipped with high-gloss cabinetry, wedge wood details, white countertops, ceramic backsplashes, an integrated dishwasher, a Liebherr refrigerator, built-in fireplace, and cooktop, imparting a distinct European flair to each home. In addition, the standalone washer and dryer enhance the convenience of contemporary luxurious living. Building Amenities Apartment amenities include 24-hour concierge service, the Nathaniel Club, a sunset terrace with a reflecting pond, a private gym, and bicycle storage. Colum McCartan designed a diverse array of furnishings for the Nathaniel Club, creating a thoughtfully curated social space.
