Longview (380 4th Ave) is a newly constructed 17-story residential building located in Gowanus, featuring 197 residential units with an average size of approximately 830 square feet. Additionally, the building includes 6,030 square feet of commercial space and about 11,000 square feet of underground parking, offering 30 parking spots. Among the units, 50 are designated as affordable housing and will be allocated through a lottery system. Each apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, hardwood floors, a dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer (in select units), large windows, and a balcony or terrace.
